An Ethernet - LocalTalk bridge will work.  Either a hardware bridge 
or another Mac with Ethernet and LocalTalk running LocalTalk Bridge. 
There are also Ethernet to LocalTalk Routers such as the Cayman 
GatorBox and Kinetics FastPath.
