First I install 7.1 out of the box (I own it legally). Next, I update the AppleTalk and MacTCP to 58.x and 2.0.x respectively. Then, I add LiteSwitch, Window Shade, PC File Exchange, Apple Menu Items and SuperClock. Almost like 7.5.x with no bloat. Drag'n'Drop, Netscape Defrost and CFM-68K Runtime are also handy to throw in. Also, my IIci and IIsi are both equipped with 8*24*GC accelerators, so I add the GC acceleration control panel as well. (I just *loooove* those GCs!) Incidentally, PopChar won't work for me anymore with my SuperMac Video Spigot. A very strange conflict. Doubly odd is that QT 2.0, despite some warnings out on the web, works just swimmingly with it (I also have Multimedia Check installed). -- ----------------------------- personal page: http://www.armory.com/~spectre/ -- Cameron Kaiser, Point Loma Nazarene University * [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- Why did the chicken cross the Moebius strip?
