You can get a Win9x style taskbar using an app called Action GoMac. I don't know of anything that'll stick menus onto each window, though as a Windows user longer than I've been a Mac user, I'd like that. Or maybe not, I've downloaded but never installed Action GoMac. ;) There is also a file manager called Mac Explorer that offers a dual pane interface like Windows Explorer with the tree view of all your drives on the left and the selected disk/folder contents on the right. I've not installed that either, I just put up with window shuffling and shoving. ;) I really need a dedicated computer room where I can have nothing but my computers, ALL of them all set up and working all of the time!
