So you're using the Netgear instead of an AirPort.
AirPort is just Apple's fancy name for 802.11b.
Inside their base station is an 802.11b PCMCIA card
connected to a seperate antenna.

You should be able to connect the IIsi and P100
to the iMac's ethernet port with a hub then install
routing software on the iMac for internet sharing.
The "problem" with that is the iMac must be running
for the P100 and IIsi to be online.
