Install Open Transport 1.1.1 followed by 1.1.2 then use the TCP/IP and AppleTalk control panels to configure your Ethernet port. You can not just install OT 1.1.2, must nstall 1.1.1 first. XP's internet sharing seems to play much nicer with Mac than 98SE's ICS. I haven't had to manually assign an IP to my Macs since upgrading the PC to XP. They'll run off DHCP just fine now. ===== "I'm sorry, but you can't list fish as 'durable goods' in your GDP statement."
