I found an actual EtherWave card for an LC. It has "EtherWave" silkscreened on the card, and the two connectors are twins. Your picture shows 2 different kinds of connectors, so I think it is in fact not an EtherWave card after all. The card may be dead. Is there an LED visible from the connector side? Does it light up when a live ethernet cable is inserted?
