LEDs light up both on the card and on the hub. I hope it's not dead (seller assured me it was working when the machine got packed up a couple months ago)

I found an actual EtherWave card for an LC. It has "EtherWave" silkscreened on the card, and the two connectors are twins. Your picture shows 2 different kinds of connectors, so I think it is in fact not an EtherWave card after all.

The card may be dead. Is there an LED visible from the connector side? Does it light up when a live ethernet cable is inserted? When there is an LED and it does not light up, usually the card is toast.
