I'd have to agree, you're out of luck. ADB mice and keyboards can't be
that hard or expensive to find second hand. Nobody seems to want the
extended ones around here so you can find them in the second hand shops
for a couple of bucks. Mice too for that matter, though if at all possible
try and find the USA made mice as they had better 'balls'.
