165R15s had an aspect ratio of approximately 83. If you have a 4-lug Bug, 5½" rims aren't too hard to come by (they were used on many special-edition cars in the early `70s) but if you need the 5x205 bolt pattern you'll have to resort to aftermarket rims (early Porsche 5½" rims being too rare and dear).
