58 to the Tidewater area is 2 lane and will slow you down.  Probably the best 
way though.  When I went to that area from Knoxville, TN would always go up 81 
to Staunton VA and then over on 64.  Tried the "short cut" thru 58 but did not 
save any time and the road was much slower as you go thru the little towns.
