Thanks Ray - glad you enjoyed the post. I don't post much anymore but VWs have been relagated to a wee bit less priority in my life but still very important as that is still all I drive. Since I have to do some work on my engine (replace the head just to make sure I don't snap any valve heads), I got out my Whizzer motorbike and put on fresh tubes and Kevlar tires. Tomorrow I'll drain the old gas out of the tank and float bowl and fire her up. It doesn't go fast but at least I can get my 80mpg again and start saving some money.
