Hi guys,
I saw a gearbox at the local boneyard which was said to have come off a
1302 bug. It was an IRS and here is what I could read off it:
113 301 103 L
311 301 173
------03423
I am missing some numbers from the last set as it was too grimmy to read
right AND it was burried under mounds of parts.
I tried to search thesamba but did not see any trans numbers listings (or I
need new glasses). A friend of mine needs it for his 70 standard bug fit with a
1600 dp engine.
Can anyone ID it for me and tell what sort of ratios it would offer??
Better than the original 'box for the car I believe.
