   Im a bit lost on the side cover detail. I guess I havent looked at cog boxes 
quite hard enough. I guess a practical or at least some research on the pics 
available online would guide me a bit.
 
    The input shaft you mention is the front (front of car) shaft on the nose 
cone, right?
