I use the blue wire to the gen-light to fire a relay that puts charging
voltage on my aux batteries. When the bus is shut down or if the gen/VR
goes out the aux batteries drop out of the main circuit.

Right now it's wired direct and all my high amperage stuff (stereo) is
wired right to the AUX+ so I'm not too worried about pulling more than
10 or 15 amps through the relay. I need to find a blocking diode to
prevent current from flowing from AUX to MAIN if the main somehow gets
severely drained. a BIG blocking diode. ;-)
