Just noticed I didn't specify removing only the plugs on the #1 and #2 
cylinders. (duh!) The engine will run at an idle on #3 and #4, well 
enough to see if oil is squirting out of the lifters. You might need to 
put a length of dowel down the pushrod tubes to see if it's pumping oil 
- it might not get all the way to the end of the tube at idle.
