Nope, not it. That 885-585V56 67 RP part is the rubber loop strap that held
the rear seatback upright in earlier beetles and Ghias. The system was
later replaced with metal latches.
The strap I need is like a 1" webbing belt, about 18" or so long, with an
adjusting buckle, that holds the seatback down flat when it's folded over
forward.
