Send me address. I have a 67 one that is not 2 bad a shape.it goes on rear seat upright and has a chrome latch and a hook. When seat is folded down it latches to bar that is in front of seat bottom. Only 2" is still grey color and rest is faded to tan.

That 885-585V56 67 RP part is the rubber loop strap that held the rear seatback upright in earlier beetles and Ghias. The system was later replaced with metal latches. The strap I need is like a 1" webbing belt, about 18" or so long, with an adjusting buckle, that holds the seatback down flat when it's folded over forward. Thanks, but I'm still looking.
