You're right Bert. Down in Osborne, KS one day when I was road-tripping with my then-fiance, I stumbled across a little stash of VWs. The paint had faded on one beetle and I could make out the shape of a "1303 S" logo on the decklid which would have made it the Euro version of the Super. Once I get my stash and lined up nice, I may go see if it's still there and add a Euro-spec beetle to the collection. I like just having them for parts and so forth. It'll make a nice source of retirement income.
