I put two pics on my extremely inactive blog. It looks like the very end of the valve stem has failed. The keepers are in place but the valve can move laterally between them. Not sure if this is due to stretching of wear, but I'm thinking I'll need to pull the engine and then the head(s). Here is the link to my blog post.
