Nick, I'm doing the same with my '70beetle and having a helluvva time. I ordered the great-looking kit from Mid-America Motorworks in March 2013. One of the required remanufactured spindles is STILL on back-order (on Sept 9!). Getting info from MAM requires plaintive begging. They won't even guess at a ship date...nor, apparently, use a better supplier! Frustrated in Tennessee, Bert Knupp
