I have had all the parts in hand separately and I don't feel any sticking.
When I just have the lock cylinder in hand and insert the key and turn no
sticking or binding is felt on turning or insertion or removal.

But when all 3 parts are assembled, such sites not stay car nor does
steering wheel lock engage when key is removed. It works perfectly when
electrical switch is not piggy backed on rear of lock housing.

I just wonder if some component inside the lock housing is worn that is
causing the problems. I put a little light lubricant in there but no luck.

I'm stumped.
