Hello,

Let me repeat option 2.

After you ensure VO volume is active in your rotor, turn your rotor to VO 
volume. Now, make a call using your iPhone. Once the call is connected and VO 
switches to its in-call volume, use a single-finger up-flick to increase VO's 
volume during phone calls. Yes, it really is as easy as this.
