Exactly. Double tapping in this instance with VO off allows the title of the file to be edited. Doing this with VO on just opens the file like you would expect. I've notice that you can't tap just anywhere though. You need to be near the bottom of the icon when you perform the double tap with VO off or you will just open the app. It took me forever to figure out what I was doing wrong.
