And I'm sure this is user ignorance, too. But how do you create folders in
Pages or move documents to folders other than the default?

In the past, I have deemed Pages as completely useless. I'm sure it's
mostly user ignorance though. Can someone tell me how to name a document
in Pages? Every document I start is called blank, and I can't for the life
of me figure out to name a document what I want to call it.
