That's the beauty with Vokul. It is not exclusive to the iPhone 4s and
to some degree the iPad 3. It works on all iOS devices, including iPhone 4.

Thank you for supporting vokul. I just read through this thread and
have some answers to your questions.
(1) You can make vokul less verbose by setting "Extra Voice Prompts"
to off in the settings menu. This will allow you to compose messages
more quickly.
(2) The volume problem should have been fixed in the current version.
I've performed fairly extensive testing with VO and have not noticed
any issues with the volume going to zero (although it did occasionally
in the previous version). If you're experiencing an issue with volume,
please email me at [email protected].
(3) You can run vokul in the background by enabling multitasking in
the settings menu. vokul will continue listening for your commands
while it's running in the background.
(4) You don't need to mute VO to use vokul; however, you may get
better results if you use the 3 finger double-tap to mute it
temporarily. It's strictly a matter of preference. Also, you don't
need to mute VO if you're using a headset.
(5) You can set the "Excessive Speech Alert" to "off" in the settings
to prevent the popup from appearing when using VO.
(6) Here is a list of the available commands when composing a message:
read message
add recipient
delete
try again
add more
add subject
send message
cancel message
You can always say "vokul what can I say" for a full list of commands.

found it quite useful. Also, I think if you say 'vokul help' it will
remind
you of the commends. Might be useful for a future app release to incllude
info in tutorial on what all the different settings do
In terms of switching vo off I find it quicker to triple tap home.
With regard to editing, there is an on screen keyboard and usual editing
gestures stand, but I find vokul won't give me time to edit. Perhaps this
is
when I should make more use of vokul pause or vokul stop listening.
Finally, I found I could ask it things which hadn't been listed in the
commands given. I asked it to read message and it reads all the message
together. So it might be worth trying giving it other commands to see what
it's capable of.
