Hello Raul, I am having the same problem with Square but a friend of mine said he bought a cheap splitter which he plugs into the earphone jack of his iPhone and then he can plug the headphone into one side and the card reader into the other so he has audio and the card reader working together. I bought a splitter and it didn't work for me though. He thinks it might be because I got one that was too long. The one he got from the dollar store works for him. HTH.
