This is a dead issue because clearly KNFB reader users are die hard and those convinced against their will is of the same opinion still. I was a KNFB Reader dealer and stop selling it after I found that they were giving loans to broke people with no way for them to pay it back. The way to win is to create a app that rivals the reader for less and bring it to the market, but playing tennis about what product is better proves worthless.
