When opening Zella, and you aren't wearing headphones the sound routes to the ear piece, to get the sound routed back to the main speaker double tap on any channel, then double tap on options, the first button is turn on speaker, that will fix it. Whenever you're done using zella take it off the app switcher, so that it won't control your audio settings.
