When you open zello, if you aren't wearing headphones the sound goes to the ear speaker on the phone, in order for the sound to be restored you have to take zello out of the app switcher, because even when you power down zello still controls the sound.

Things went well until I exited the app. Voice-over was severely diminished, even when I shut down my Iphone 4 and turned it back on. I checked the sound level and was told it was at 100%. I then attempted to load another sound-using app, Atbat 2012 and this seemed to have negated the problem, so for those of you using Zello, be aware.
