Hi, Have you confirmed yourself that its broadcasting on all bands or are you going by what customer support is telling you? Wifi on the iPhone is usually very good; Marks issue that he posted the solution to the other day is the first time that I can remember on the list where its been a problem with the i device as opposed to the access point. We get wifi problems posted to the list around once a month and nearly always, it turns out to be an issue with the router.
