Hello, In my experience, I find it very difficult to use pages. This is because it is very difficult to navigate it when you're trying to feel something in quickly. For example, I work on a helpline and have to fill in a form of every call that I take. I have to take notes and do the filling in at the end of the shift though because I cannot navigate pages quick enough.

Of course understanding the experience will be considerably different using a touch interface as opposed to a non-touch interface app. I think the greater challenge is keeping track of where you are. Now I have not spent sufficient time with these apps to really be an expert on how to address these issues, but I believe it is possible to work in a reasonably efficient way. Hopefully others will chime-in with their experiences.
