I think EyeNote is fine if someone truly cannot afford the $9.99 for Looktel
Money Reader.
Another one you may want to try before buying Money Reader is oMoby.  It has
a faster recognition of U.S. currency than EyeNote and is free.
 
I still prefer Money Reader if you can afford the price.

I tried eyenote again this morning and I was able to get it to worked once. 
It seems as though you must have to have the bill positioned just right. 
Any way, in my opinion, I think the app is a waste of time.
