Go into settings on your phone and you should see something that says IOS update, or something like that. Make sure that the phone is plugged into AC power when you do the update. Andy

I have not done anything at all with the iPhone and my PC. Do I need to download something from ITunes first to then proceed? Could someone tell me how to proceed. I am still reading, but have not gotten to that point in the book just yet because my iPhone was set up somewhat for me at the store. I did manage to get my WiFi and the iPhone working.
