The update is going to be under settings and then general and a few menu items down in general is software update. It will guide you through. Where it comes to the screen where you have to agree to the terms though it may cause you concern if you are not use to the fact that voiceover sometimes goes away there for a few seconds. I think it's because it loads a large amount of text and voiceover has never been good at handeling very large blocks of text. I think it would be about impossible to actually get voiceover to read it if you even wanted to actually read teh text there. After it hangs it comes back enough to get to the button you need at the bottom of the screen, but lags a lot and is unresponsive until you get past that screen.
