Approximately how much of the battery power does turning on screen curtain
save?

Screen Curtain being on means that the screen is darkened so that text on
the screen is invisible.  It should result in battery savings, and this is
why I use it.  It does make sense that if VO was removed from memory, the
screen would automatically go on.
