Siri is only going to work if you have an active network connection.
When you're setting up your phone, I'm not sure you can always make that
assumption.

Hi, this information is only correct if you are buying from Apple
directly if you're buying from a carrier, and they're activating the
phone the triple click home is deactivated a does nothing. So therefore
you have to going to settings general, and accessibility enter
voiceover, in order to turn it on. And Isaac you might want to keep this
message for future reference because what you're saying is only correct
if they don't had the phone activated at a carrier.
