You can get free directory assistance from Verizon also.  But, you are right 
that AT&T allows you to browse while on a phone conversation, which you 
can't do with Verizon.

Also, to the guy who upgraded to a 4s and kept the unlimited data plan with 
Verizon, I think it depends on when you did the upgrade.  I think after May, 
this no longer applies, I know it doesn't apply currently.

Here are a couple of other things to consider ... AT&T will give us free 
directory assistance and voice dial, I don't use the latter much, but the 
free DA is great.

Also, if you are talking ... you can still be downloading on AT&T.
