Andy, you enter text on the iOS device's built-in keyboard the same way you would if you were using AccessNote or any other writing app. However, Voice Dream Writer has tools to make it easier to work with that text. For instance, you can check to hear where the cursor is in your document and move it by word or sentence as well as character. You can select various portions of text without resorting to the VoiceOver pinching technique that many users find awkward. You can enter Outline level and move, delete, or work on various paragraphs in the document. You can enter Proofreading mode and stop the reading to correct a mistake without moving the cursor to the area needing correction. It's a quite useful app.
