Andy, you enter text on the iOS device's built-in keyboard the same
way you would if you were using AccessNote or any other writing app.
However, Voice Dream Writer has tools to make it easier to work with
that text. For instance, you can check to hear where the cursor is in
your document and move it by word or sentence as well as character.
You can select various portions of text without resorting to the
VoiceOver pinching technique that many users find awkward. You can
enter Outline level and move, delete, or work on various paragraphs in
the document. You can enter Proofreading mode and stop the reading to
correct a mistake without moving the cursor to the area needing
correction. It's a quite useful app.

Hello Craig. I agree with what Anna is saying. I've tried both Voice Dream
Writer and Access Note. In my opinion, Voice Dream Writer is a superior
writing application in all ways. I really like the cursor controls. The
select control is fantastic. The good news is that you can be quite
effective on the build-in IOS keyboard. Sometimes, I don't want to carry
that extra keyboard and prefer to travel light. I can do a very effective
job composing and editing documents with Voice Dream Writer and it's less
expensive than Access Note.

including the ability to move by sentence and paragraph. It has the

to take you to misspelled words so you can fix them, it has a great
search,
and it lets you turn your document into an outline that you can move
