Interesting that you write that. I did use the iGrill for chicken last night. The temperatures were right for their preset, but I too thought it might not be as well done as it should be. I've always read 165, but will probably do what you have done.

It works very well. It now will give you an alarm 10º before the set cooking temperature so it gives you time to do other things before it reaches set temperature. I love it By the way, the only difference between the iGrill mini and the iGrill 2 is that the iGrill 2 has two probes. Its quite a bit more money and not really necessary unless you want to cook 2 items at the same time.
