You might also try using your PC to charge, rather than the wall wart.

My phone is plugged in and with the time the battery seems to be going down. In half hour it went down from 87 % to 82 %. Couple hours before it was at hundred percent. And during this time there was no heavy usage of the phone. The phone was plugged in and charging. The battery should have stayed at 100 %.
