Hi Daniel,
I am not a programmer, obviously. And perhaps you are, or know enough about it 
or how Apple does it, to know that Apple couldn't fix it without breaking 
something. I just wonder if there isn't something in common that all these 
programs that don't scroll well for voiceover have. And maybe Apple could work 
around the issue, since these big companies like Amazon and Netflix do not seem 
terribly interested in helping us out. The zite app is another. That used to be 
great then, a couple of years ago, CNN bought it. And their programmers broke 
it. Despite many requests to have it fixed, it is still broken. So, it doesn't 
seem like this is a problem that will go away. And it doesn't seem like the big 
developers are very interested in making it go away. I know many people have 
asked Netflix to make their programs more accessible all to no avail, as far as 
I can see.
