Mary, Did you send this list of things you would like corrected to the accessibility at Apple? Venting here doesn't get to Apple. Sending them an e-mail would have more of a chance of getting things done.

I don't expect an answer as to whether it has been fixed, because we all know about the glorious and stupid nDA for a public beta, which is being violated all over the place in the mainstream. But, never mind. It seems like there are a certain number of apps or things within apps, where voiceover will not scroll. Or the machine will not scroll with voice over enabled using the three finger flick up or the three finger flick left or right. Cases in point are Netflix and the book browser within Amazon Kindle when running it on an iPad. I don't know frankly, if this is an Apple problem or something that the developers should fix. What I do know, is that if Apple can fix it, it would be great, since the developers are not likely to do so. These are just the things that come immediately to mind. I know I have seen this problem of the device and voiceover not scrolling together, or not scrolling when voiceover is on. And it is a big deal that Apple should fix if they can, even if it isn't technically their problem. We, the end-users are the loser.
