I don't think the credit card verification was my problem. I found out when I 
spoke with the Discover people this morning, that the code they sent only was 
good for 20 minutes. And I was messing with the phone, not realizing I had a 20 
minute deadline. It was easy to get the card authorize this morning once I got 
a valid code and did my authorization within the 20 minutes. And that was just 
for Apple Pay. That card has been on file with iTunes for a long time, and I 
have the bills to prove it. Smile. Anyway, my adventures with these voices from 
voice dream started after my card had been verified for Apple Pay. I really do 
think it is something with I Vona. And I will be convinced that is true until I 
start hearing from people who have new phones and reinstall their voices from 
ivona successfully.
