Hi everyone, My iPhone 5, now three years old, has died: the touch screen no longer responds when tapped, flicked, double tapped, etc. in Voice Over and when Voice Over is turned off. I have ordered a new phone. But I want to get my current contacts off of this dead phone if I can. When I plug the phone into my PC, iTunes asks if I want the iPhone to send material to this computer. I say Yes and iTunes seems to send a message to the phone because it vibrates. then iTunes tells me to respond to the message on my iPhone, which of course I can't do. I foresee an Apple Store trip in my future. However, in the meantime, is there anything I can do to use this broken phone with iTunes?
