I assume you are talking about the length of time a Braille message for these things is displayed on your Braille display? You can adjust this in Braille in settings/general/accessibility/voiceover/braille
There, you can specify for what length of time the announcement is displayed on your Braille display. The minimum as I remember is half a second but you can change this.
