I am writing this on behalf of a friend of mine who has an iPhone 5s running iOS 9. He is going to upgrade and wanted to back his iPhone up before so doing. He is running Windows 7 with all the updates, and the latest iTunes for windows. He is not able to back up his iPhone. He spent two hours on the phone with Apple to no avail. So I wonder is anyone else having this problem? Mary
