Hello all, I am disappointed with these latest two versions! 9.2 and 9.1, voice over simply studders very frequently. I tried holding the power button and home button it stays for a while very clear for a day or half a day or sometimes Two days even, but, studders again. I tried unmuting for a minute and then put the speech on again, still it is the same. Is it my phone's fault or the updates, when I was using IOS 8 I had no problem at all, I feel badly for updating. I thought 9.2 will be fine, I in fact waited for an update thinking voice over will be fixed, but it isn't. Please let me know what you all think about this, and give me please some solution.
