Hi Christofer, I tried restoring this I phone after backing up in I tunes, I got the phone to be set as a new phone as Sieghard wrote, I still didn't get back, the backup from the I tunes. the phone was alright for Two days, and from this afternoon the voice over is studdering again, already twice I had to reboot and press the power button several times to get the voice clear. I think I must buy a new phone, although, I don't like the idea of buying, But thanks a lot. Ruby

This will take a little while, but it's something worth trying before getting a new phone.
