The only time I encountered studdering or Voiceover cutting in and out was after ending a phone call. Turning Vo off and back on with the triple click home button command fixed it though. That said, I haven’t come across that particular issue for a while now. I just upgraded to 9.2 yesterday, so knock on wood, that that bug is no more.

I tried holding the power button and home button it stays for a while very clear for a day or half a day or sometimes Two days even, but, studders again. I tried unmuting for a minute and then put the speech on again, still it is the same. Is it my phone’s fault or the updates, when I was using IOS 8 I had no problem at all, I feel badly for updating. I thought 9.2 will be fine, I in fact waited for an update thinking voice over will be fixed, but it isn’t. Please let me know what you all think about this, and give me please some solution.
